I love traveling because there's nothing i enjoy more than traveling to places i didn't know even existed.
I'd like to believe that India is virgin when it comes to exploration..

What makes us beautiful is our diversity, there are 29 states and 7 union territories,
each state has many districts. Have you every had the urge of exploring India?
It's beautiful and believe me i haven't even seen half of it..

There is so much to see and do in India, the Indian culture, often labelled as an amalgamation of several cultures, spans across the Indian subcontinent and has been influenced by a history that is several millennia old. There are many elements of India's diverse cultures, such as Indian religions, Indian philosophy and Indian cuisine, have had a profound impact
across the World.

So why we Indians just travel to the famous destinations in India? Why don't we choose to explore our own country?
I've recently traveled to Kotabagh, Nainital, Uttarkhand..

It is a beautiful valley surrounded by lush green forest, most picturesque places in the Kumaon region,
What caught my fancy was the scenic beauty of this place and also the environment.

Fruits like mango, litchi, jack-fruit growing in trees everywhere, farmers plowing the field with the bullock-carts... yes! they still do that there..

Sitabani is a famous zone for bird. It's the only forest in Jim Corbett where visitors can walk inside, it's famous for it's temple and river. Tourists can sit in the river banks, enjoy the beauty of nature and watch reptiles pass by. Basically Sitabani is the very place where Lord Ram's wife Sita spend her days in exile after the agnipariksha. It is a Hindu epic from Ramayana.
Hence this place is also known as "Dev Bhumi", where gods reside....
Managed by ASI (Archeological Survey of India), it is a birdwatchers paradise with an ashram admit the dense forest. During the peak tourist season in "Corbett National Prak" the panthers, tigers and other wild animals migrate to Sitabani. The forest is huge and is a home to elephants, chetas, tigers etc.
The Ancient Valmiki temple located amidst the forest, mythology has it that Sita mata was absorbed by mother Earth here.
Tourists enjoy jungle safari, for which permit is issued by the Sitabani forest department.

Scarce populated, very peaceful and lying amidst the beauty of nature. Hills, rivers and greenery..
Your own little oasis...
